To support a growing procurement function, the full-time Senior Procurement Data Analyst will transform procurement data into actionable insights, manage supplier data governance, and design automation workflows, all while working remotely within the Eastern or Central Time Zone. Key responsibilities Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for procurement insights and consolidate spend data from multiple systems Manage supplier and item master data, standardize GL mappings, and partner with BI and IT teams to enhance data quality Design and deploy workflow automations to reduce manual efforts and support AI-enabled procurement solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 3-6 years of experience in procurement analytics, supply chain operations, or a related data-intensive role Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling Hands-on experience with Power BI for data modeling, DAX development, and dashboard design Experience with ERP or procurement systems such as Yardi, Procore, or equivalent P2P/eProcurement platforms
