They are the backbone of our problem-solving engine because they work side by side with our clients to understand in detail what is needed to drive procurement and supply chain to the pinnacle of success. Job Description:

Consulting Delivery & Workstream Leadership

  • Lead defined workstreams within engagements, applying structured problem solving to complex client challenges
  • Own the quality, accuracy and timeliness of assigned deliverables
  • Manage workplans, risks and dependencies within your scope; support delivery management and reporting

Client Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build trusted relationships with client managers and functional leads through strong day-to-day engagement
  • Prepare and deliver clear, structured and executive-ready outputs; support workshops and working sessions
  • Influence stakeholders through evidence-based analysis and practical recommendations; contribute to change and adoption activities

Procurement & Supply Chain Expertise

  • Contribute to advisory engagements that help clients improve performance and deliver measurable value across procurement and supply chain functions.
  • Build expertise across strategic procurement, supply chain transformation, and value delivery initiatives.
  • Support work that advances procurement and supply chain excellence by improving cost, service, reliability, resilience, and governance through practical operating model and process improvements.

Technology & AI-Enabled Delivery

  • Apply technology-enabled thinking as part of consulting delivery, including data, analytics, digital platforms, automation, and business adoption of GenAI capabilities where relevant.
  • Leverage modern productivity and AI toolsets, including Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), as well as emerging generative and agentic technologies, to accelerate analysis, drafting, deliverable creation, and workflow execution.

Team Contribution & Practice Development

  • Coach and support junior consultants in day-to-day delivery, leading by example in quality, professionalism, and collaboration.
  • Contribute to team capability development and knowledge sharing; collaborate with global teams to continuously improve delivery methodologies and best practices.
  • Support proposal development, client pursuits, and practice-building initiatives, including the development of tools, templates, methodologies, and intellectual property.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the job description

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel analysis and communication in MSWord and MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to be based out of our Chicago IL office.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of your time.
  • Superior performance in relevant undergraduate studies (e.g. Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, etc.)
  • 3+ years of prior corporate experience and exposure to supply chain, procurement, operations or strategy
