Senior Procurement Category Manager

Leading the Sourcing Strategy for assigned categories, the full-time hybrid Senior Procurement Category Manager will negotiate supply agreements, manage vendor relationships, and drive strategic savings initiatives while ensuring supply continuity and customer service excellence. Key responsibilities Own and lead the Sourcing Strategy, including negotiations and execution of supply agreements Plan and execute RFQs in collaboration with the Procurement Operations team Develop and maintain a 3-5 year sourcing strategy while ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field 5+ years of experience in Product Supply or 3+ years with an advanced degree Proven experience in large sourcing initiatives within assigned categories Strong Supplier Relationship Management skills and experience leading multi-million dollar contract negotiations Ability to engage and influence senior/executive stakeholders effectively
