Delivering data-driven insights and reporting, the full-time Senior Procurement Reporting Analyst will support strategic sourcing and workforce planning through advanced analytics, forecasting, and modeling, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting on external workforce spend, utilization, trends, and supplier performance Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, preparing executive-ready reports and presentations Partner with various stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions and improve workforce reporting capabilities Required qualifications 4-7 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, finance, or procurement analytics Demonstrated experience developing dashboards and analytical reporting Advanced proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI Strong understanding of workforce metrics, spend analysis, and financial concepts Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
