Haleon is seeking a Process Technology Manager to lead technical activities across multiple dosage forms, partnering with QA, R&D and central Technical teams. You will drive batch cycle time improvements, product transfers, and NPIs while mentoring technical staff at internal sites and CMOs.
You will manage complex troubleshooting, validation, and governance for North America, owning PLM implementation and cross-site collaboration within Haleon’s matrix structure.
