Managing order fulfillment processes, the full-time Senior Process Lead will execute transactions, review inputs from team members, and support training and escalation resolution in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Conduct regular reviews of customer orders and manage them through the provisioning lifecycle Oversee site readiness activities and coordinate test and turn-up readiness with stakeholders Monitor ticket statuses and ensure timely resolution for all issues in the ticketing systems Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent At least 6 years of relevant work experience Ability to maintain password integrity and ensure non-disclosure of client-specific information Proven ability to meet set KPIs and goals for reliability, efficiency, and quality Experience in project management within order fulfillment processes
