Leading enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives, the full-time Senior Process Improvement Manager will utilize LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and support clinical operations in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities Lead process improvement and future-state design for Duals Care Management and D-SNP priorities across market and enterprise clinical operations Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to identify operational problems and develop sustainable solutions Partner with various teams to design scalable workflows and translate requirements into practical Care Management processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; MBA or MHA preferred 6+ years of LEAN, Six Sigma, or related process improvement experience, preferably in healthcare Strong process mapping and design experience in complex healthcare environments LEAN/Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority in matrixed organizations
