Senior Process Engineer
Lead and drive manufacturing process improvements across our operations. This role is responsible for initiating, coordinating, and implementing high-impact projects that improve efficiency, safety, and overall performance.
The SPE acts as both a technical leader and project driver, generating innovative process improvement ideas and ensuring their successful execution. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential to deliver results on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
Project Development
- Identify and manage project risks.
- Define project scope through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans.
- Ensure all designs meet relevant company and industry standards.
- Prepare comprehensive Requests for Quote (RFQs) for project bidding.
- Coordinate and facilitate required permitting processes.
Project Execution
- Lead and manage project execution from start to finish.
- Coordinate both internal teams and external contractors.
- Develop project procedures, specifications, and documentation.
- Oversee EHS performance and ensure achievement of all safety targets.
- Promote and embed a strong safety culture across teams and contractors.
- Track progress and ensure projects are executed effectively.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports.
- Develop and manage punch lists for project closeout.
Commissioning & Handover
- Ensure completion of punch list items.
- Coordinate final project delivery with all stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial project management.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage contractors and consultants.
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
