Responsibilities
* Lead and manage process improvement projects to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* Develop and implement manufacturing processes by studying product requirements.
* Apply knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials to improve manufacturing efficiency.
* Identify, propose, and implement capital expenditures (CapEx) projects to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that processes align with the overall company objectives.
* Implement testing procedures and manage the documentation to ensure that all processes meet the company's quality standards.
* Oversee facilities management, ensuring that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and adhere to safety standards.
* Use Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and increase efficiency.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required. A Master's degree or MBA will be considered an advantage.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering/manufacturing industry, preferably aerospace.
* Expertise and ability to own Surface Mount Technology (SMT) process.
* Strong knowledge of process improvement techniques and methodologies.
* Leadership experience is a plus.
* Facilities management experience is a plus.
* CapEx experience is a plus.
