What you'll be doing
- Drive process improvements that reduce scrap and cost while protecting quality
- Support extrusion, secondary operations, and packaging
- Lead new-product launches with FMEA, PFD, and part/tool design reviews
- Own validation and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) protocols
- Partner with maintenance on root cause analysis and irreversible corrective action
- Mentor technicians and write the process documentation others rely on
About you
- Be able to do the job as described.
- You've engineered thermoplastic extrusion, molding, or assembly processes
- You're fluent in root cause analysis and IQ/OQ/PQ validation
- Six Sigma or Lean credentials are a plus
