Senior Process EngineerPRIMARY PURPOSE: Leading process innovation, improvement, technician coaching and capability growth, Heavily involved in NPI and continuously improve production processes (including machining). NPI Develop and implement new processes or major changes to existing processes. Create and maintain documentation, Troubleshoot and mass production support.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:1. NPI support such as feasibility study, DFM, C/T quotation, tooling study and preparation: DFM,2. Support documentation for production such as PFC/WI/FMEA/… and on line issue handling support on connector and cable assembly parts PFC, WI PFMEA,3. Leading and support cable assembly line problem solving4. Train and support process technician for process improvement5.
Maximize productivity and continuously improvement for manufacturing processes.6. As a first decision maker for automation machine make/buy with DMF /economic thinking,7. Support production teams in meeting efficiency, quality and delivery requirements8. Be member of QSA and EHS system internal and outside audit and continuously improvement EHS9.
