Pave Talent is recruiting for a confidential client, a publicly traded specialty electronics materials leader (NYSE-listed) scaling a first-to-market copper-based platform from pilot to commercial volume. The product targets demanding markets like aerospace and defense, electric-vehicle power electronics, and advanced semiconductor packaging, environments where the chemistry has to behave the same way every batch, every time.

• You write the SOPs the next decade of operations will run on. Your batch validation work and operator training become the institutional knowledge for the platform.
• Statistical Process Control oversight and root cause analysis for out-of-control products. Daily monitoring across quality, cycle time, EHS compliance, and documented work practices.
• NCMR closeout with root cause discipline that prevents repeat occurrence.
• Pilot to full-scale manufacturing transition (process documentation, batch validation, operator training).
• Capital Projects leadership across process engineering scope, plus Work Instructions for existing products.
• Process-equipment troubleshooting and Management of Change coordination with Maintenance and Production on repairs and process changes.
• Secondary EHS support (waste-management shipment coordination, permit compliance, internal and external auditing, EHS systems validation) and equipment/instrumentation calibration program execution.

Bachelor\'s in Chemical Engineering from a four-year university.

• 5 to 8 years in a process engineering role, with 3+ years specifically in chemical synthesis, preferably in batch operations.
• Capital-projects leadership experience and the calm to drive multi-disciplinary execution.
• SPC, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement fluency.
• Comfort operating in a regulated, audited environment with strong EHS expectations.
