Job Description
Develop and improve manufacturing processes
Lead process optimization and cost reduction projects
Analyze production data and KPI trends
Support automation and capital equipment initiatives
Troubleshoot production challenges
Partner with quality, maintenance, and operations teams
Improve throughput and operational efficiency

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Process Engineer should have:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
5+ years of manufacturing engineering or process engineering experience
Lean Manufacturing experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments preferred
