Senior Private Equity Director — Buy-and-Build Leader

Sinclair Ventures seeks an experienced private equity investor to lead its direct PE activities and oversee a portfolio of investments. The MD will shape strategy, drive transactions end‑to‑end, and chair portfolio governance, on a permanent‑capital, long‑term basis.

This on‑site role is based at the Hunt Valley, Maryland headquarters. The candidate should bring 15+ years in direct PE, a proven track record in lower/middle‑market deals, and a history of building and mentoring investment teams.
