Key responsibilities Collaborate with the Chief Systems Engineer on systems engineering strategy and roadmap development Oversee the development of guidance and training materials related to systems engineering skills, tools, and processes Mentor other system engineers and facilitate collaborative discussions within the engineering community Required qualifications BS degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field, with 8 or more years of relevant experience Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and meeting performance goals Understanding of the traditional systems engineering lifecycle and associated processes Experience in systems engineering processes such as architecture development and requirements allocation Ability to work independently and take ownership of engineering activities
