Senior/Principal RF IC Design Engineer | GaN/GaAs - MMIC | Full-Time | US-Based

This is a senior, high-impact position offering significant technical ownership across the full design lifecycle, working alongside an experienced team developing next-generation RF semiconductor products.

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of RF/microwave or MMIC design experience
- Strong transistor-level RF circuit design experience
- Hands-on experience with GaN, GaAs or other compound semiconductor technologies
- Experience designing high-frequency and/or high-power RF circuits
- Proficiency with industry-standard RF circuit and EM simulation tools
- Experience across IC layout, tapeout and laboratory characterization
- Strong understanding of RF performance optimization and design tradeoffs
- Experience bringing RF products from initial architecture through silicon validation
- Ability to work effectively across design, test, product and applications engineering teams
