Senior Principal Mechanical Engineer – Prototyping Lead

RTX in Marlborough, MA, is seeking a senior mechanical/electrical engineer to lead prototype design and development of radar subsystems. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across RTX sites, manage top-level requirements, and drive hardware testing and validation for demanding aerospace programs.

Role requires extensive hands-on prototype experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. On-site only, with relocation support.
