Strong verbal and written communication skills are key for this role.ResponsibilitiesMonitor deployments across multiple networks and security domains using metrics, logs, and alerts.Maintain and enhance monitoring, logging and alerting solutions.Support root-cause analysis for software defects or outages, and collaborate with network, deployment, and application teams to resolve issues.
Recommend corrective and preventative actions where applicable.Develop and maintain system integration architecture and comprehensive documentation that serves as a roadmap for current and future integration directions.Understand and document end-user needs, including requirements, desirements, and pain-points from within the user community.Support capability planning, performance analysis, technical control board meetings, and operational reviews.Participate in Agile ceremonies and operational planning activitiesOther duties as assigned
