Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Senior Principal Electrical Engineer Tech Lead located onsite in McKinney, Texas.

What You Will Learn

Advanced system-level test setup and operation across multiple development, qualification, and production environments. Collaboration and influence across multi-disciplined groups of experienced engineers, suppliers, and external partners.

Qualifications

You Must Have

• A Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of ten (10) years prior relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading the execution of complex test system engineering activities, including hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance within production, manufacturing, or product qualification environments.
• Experience directing the design, development, and/or integration of test equipment and leading teams of experienced professionals.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

We Prefer

• Strong organization, planning, coordination, and communication skills with the ability to influence outside your immediate functional area.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with rack assembly, cabling, electronics maintenance, and test/data acquisition equipment.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems using oscilloscopes, analyzers, and related tools.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, Agile methodologies, gate reviews, and EVMS.

If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.

Salary

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD.
