Senior Primary Care Medical Director

You will hire, mentor, and manage clinical teams, ensure high-quality care, and engage with care partners to optimize performance using data-driven insights. In this role, you will spend significant time in direct patient care while guiding clinic operations, quality metrics (NPS, HEDIS), and care transitions across a network of providers, hospitals,
