Responsibilities
- Partner with attorneys to develop pricing strategies, fee proposals, and budgets.
- Design and evaluate alternative fee arrangements.
- Analyze matter profitability, historical data, and market benchmarks.
- Support rate-setting and client rate negotiations.
- Track matter performance against budgets and recommend adjustments.
- Build tools, templates, and reporting to improve pricing consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of pricing or financial analysis experience, ideally in a law or professional services firm.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.
