This is a highly hands-on role, with approximately seventy percent laboratory work and the opportunity to influence programs from early discovery through IND submission.
Ideal candidates have a PhD with 3-4 years, MS with 6-8 years, or BS with 10+ years of relevant industry experience, and strong preformulation experience within small molecule drug discovery.
