Fleet Data Centers is seeking a senior Preconstruction Director to own the preconstruction outcome for mega-scale data center campuses. You will drive design development, estimating, procurement strategy, buyout, and NTP handoff, ensuring a bought-out, de-risked project ready for construction.
You will report to the VP, Construction, lead the Preconstruction Team, and set standards to ensure predictable, high-quality deliverables while aligning with Fleet’s cost, schedule and reliability goals.
