Senior Power Platform Developer (Nintex Sme)Rate: $75.00 - $85.00/hr W2 (No 3rd Parties/C2C)Location: White Plains, NY 10601 or Jersey City (Onsite)Duration: 4 Months + ExtensionWork Schedule: 40 Hours/WeekThe OpportunityWe are seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer with Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Nintex for a high-impact contract engagement in White Plains, NY or Jersey City NJ. This role is critical to the Business Control Department of a major financial services entity, focused on migrating and modernizing complex enterprise workflows.The "Must-Have": While we are looking for a Power Platform expert, this role is specifically for a Nintex Specialist. You must have a deep, proven background in both Nintex Forms and Nintex Workflows to lead the charge on automation and legacy system optimization.Technical Core RequirementsNintex SME: Advanced proficiency in designing and maintaining Nintex Forms and Nintex Workflows is mandatory.Microsoft Power Platform: Deep expertise in Power Apps (Canvas/Model-Driven) and Power Automate.SharePoint Online: Expert-level knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture and integration.JavaScript: Proficiency in JavaScript for custom scripting and extending solution functionality.Experience: 10+ years of professional technical development experience.Core ResponsibilitiesNintex & Power Platform Mastery: Design, develop, and optimize sophisticated business solutions by bridging the gap between Nintex and the Microsoft Power Platform.Workflow Automation: Transform manual processes into end-to-end automated workflows using Power Automate and Nintex.Solution Development: Build high-impact Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps integrated with SharePoint and external data sources.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to translate complex regulatory and control requirements into scalable technical designs.Enthusiastic Problem Solving: Bring a high-energy, "can-do" approach to troubleshooting, governance, and user-centric design.Qualifications & MindsetEnthusiasm: We need a proactive developer who is genuinely passionate about digital transformation and low-code innovation.Architecture: Deep knowledge of Dataverse, custom connectors, and enterprise-grade data modeling.Communication: Exceptional ability to document technical designs and provide high-level support for deployed solutions.Compliance: Ability to work effectively within a highly regulated financial environment.Note: We are only seeking direct W2 candidates.
