Senior Power Platform Developer
We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer to lead hands-on solution development and mentor two developers. This role suits someone who enjoys building scalable applications, guiding teammates directly in the build, and setting strong development standards across the platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop robust Power Platform solutions, including custom applications, workflow automation, and Dataverse-driven data structures
- Support and coach developers by working directly with them during build and troubleshooting activities
- Architect scalable data models and application frameworks that can grow with organizational needs
- Transform functional requirements into well-designed prototypes and polished, deployable solutions
- Maintain and enhance automation pipelines and data integration processes across the platform
- Introduce shared components, coding patterns, and reusable assets to streamline development
- Oversee solution lifecycle activities such as packaging, version control, and release management
Required Skills
- Advanced hands-on experience with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint
- Strong foundation in relational data modeling and ERD design
- Working knowledge of governance practices including DLP policies, connector controls, and ALM processes
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with teammates and cross-functional partners
