Senior Power Plant Maintenance Manager

Calpine, a leader in power generation, seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee daily and long-term equipment upkeep at a major power plant. You will coordinate mechanical, electrical, and I&C maintenance, manage outages, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a team, develop budgets, supervise staff and contractors, and coordinate with utilities to keep the plant running efficiently around the clock.
