Working remotely, the full-time Senior Power BI Analyst will assist the revenue cycle management team by developing Power BI reports and dashboards, transforming raw data into actionable insights, and supporting day-to-day operations through data analysis and reporting. Key responsibilities Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business stakeholders' needs Collaborate with project leaders to understand business processes and monitor financial performance Compile comprehensive client-facing reports and perform ad-hoc analyses to support operations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, or a relevant field 1-3 years of experience in a revenue cycle analytics position within the healthcare industry Proficiency in Power BI development, including report and dashboard creation Strong understanding of data modeling, visualization concepts, and SQL for data manipulation Experience with Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for creating calculations
