Location assignments will be made based on business or program need.What You Will DoWork closely with a team of engineers to develop proven designs based on system performance and operational specifications.Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document analog and power design products.Resolve production issues related to existing product designs.Provide support to production, integration, and test activities.Perform design, test, and production support work within the bounds of a given schedule.Present reviews of technical data to program leadership and technical staff.Engage in personal technical growth, and facilitate technical growth in peers.Lead small teams to success with schedule, budget, and technical execution.Travel to Tewksbury, MA; Marlborough, MA; Andover, MA; Woburn, MA; and/or Pelham, NH may be required depending on the assignment.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.Design, test, and/or production experience with analog or power electronics, power systems, power conversion, power distribution, power sub-system design and/or control systems.Experience in modeling and simulation using PSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar computer-based tools.Qualifications We PreferExperience with requirements developmentDemonstrated ability to lead/manage small teams to achieve schedule, budget and technical commitments.Experience generating technical documentation and reportsKnowledge of test and production methods for electronical componentsExperience interfacing with procurement and manufacturing as well as external suppliers to ensure proper implementation of product designsExcellent written and verbal communicationHardware development experience in a Department of Defense environmentWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
