Senior Portfolio Strategy Analyst

Are you an analytically driven professional with a strong background in lending, credit risk, or portfolio analytics? We're partnering with a rapidly growing financial services organization seeking a Senior Portfolio Strategy Analyst to play a key role in shaping pricing, credit, and portfolio performance strategies across the business. This is a highly visible position working closely with executive leadership and influencing critical business decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and optimize pricing, credit, and portfolio strategies that drive profitable growth.
• Analyze portfolio performance through vintage, cohort, delinquency, loss, and renewal trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of strategy changes and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with Data Science, Technology, Credit, and Business teams to improve decisioning and portfolio outcomes.
• Build financial and economic models to assess profitability, risk exposure, and business performance.
• Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in portfolio analytics, credit risk, pricing analytics, risk strategy, or a related function.
• Strong experience within lending, consumer lending, commercial lending, fintech, specialty finance, banking, or financial services.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and build meaningful business insights.
• Deep understanding of portfolio performance metrics including vintages, cohorts, loss rates, delinquency trends, forecasting, and unit economics.
• Proven ability to influence business decisions through analytical recommendations.
• Experience working directly with lending products and credit decisioning processes is required.

Preferred Experience

• Small business lending, merchant cash advance, revenue-based finance, or specialty lending experience.
• Exposure to predictive modeling, pricing systems, scorecards, or decision engines.
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics tools.

Compensation & Requirements

• Base salary up to $160,000 plus bonus
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week onsite (required)
• Locations: Miami, FL or Salt Lake City, UT
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder required
• No current or future sponsorship available
