Senior Plumbing and Mechanical Project Manager

Commercial Mechanical Piping/Plumbing Project ManagerWe are a growing mechanical contractor specializing in commercial and industrial plumbing, piping and mechanical systems. With a strong reputation for quality and integrity, we are looking to expand our leadership team with an experienced Project Manager who can drive growth, build strong teams, and lead projects from preconstruction through completion.We are seeking a Commercial Mechanical Piping/Plumbing Project Manager with hands-on field experience and proven management skills. The ideal candidate will hold a Master Plumber's License, have deep knowledge of commercial/industrial plumbing and piping systems, and be skilled in estimation (Quotesoft preferred).

This is a long-term leadership role with the potential for ownership for the right candidate.Lead and manage commercial and industrial plumbing/piping projects from bid to closeoutOversee estimation and preconstruction using Quotesoft softwareProvide technical expertise and mentorship to field crews and project teamsCollaborate with clients, engineers, and general contractors to ensure project successManage schedules, budgets, and project documentationEnsure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulationsSupport the growth of the mechanical division through leadership, business development, and operational excellenceMaster Plumber's License required7+ years of experience in commercial/industrial plumbing and mechanical piping project managementPrevious field experience strongly preferred (so you can relate to and support field teams)Proven track record in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and team leadershipStrong estimation experience; proficiency with Quotesoft is a plusExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsDesire to grow with the company and take on a long-term leadership roleCompetitive salary: $110,000 – $125,000Ownership potential in the coming years for the right candidateOpportunity to be a key leader in the growth of our mechanical divisionSupportive team environment and long-term stabilityAt Goodwin Recruiting, we are committed to our core values and providing world class customer service.
