You will own telemetry ingestion—events, logs, and traces—delivering real-time visibility into system health for Support and Field teams to keep customers resilient at scale.
You will design and implement a scalable observability platform using OpenTelemetry, deliver dashboards and alerting, and enable AI-assisted insights.
