Overview :

We are looking for Senior Platform Engineers, with 10 or more years of relevant experience, to help build enterprise platform engineering capabilities across cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps automation and internal developer platforms.

The role will focus on reusable platform services, golden paths, self-service automation and standard engineering patterns that help product teams deliver faster, safer and with better governance.

Skills

MUST-HAVE's

• Cloud: Strong hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS; cloud networking, identity, security and governance.
• Kubernetes: Strong experience with Kubernetes, containers, workload deployment, RBAC, ingress, secrets and production operations.
• GitOps: Hands-on experience with Flux CD and/or Argo CD for deployment automation and environment promotion.
• CI/CD: Strong experience with GitHub Actions, release workflows, rollback patterns and Git-based engineering practices.
• IaC: Strong experience with Terraform, reusable modules, state management and environment-based provisioning.
• Cross plane: Working knowledge of Cross plane, control plane concepts, compositions, claims and platform APIs.
• Programming (Dev): Good scripting or development skills in Python, Go, TypeScript, Java or PowerShell.
• Observability: Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, Dynatrace or equivalent tools.
• Engineering Mindset: Strong automation focuses with experience creating reusable patterns and supporting production systems.
