Senior AnalystThe CTD Admin team is responsible for owning and managing the departments financial forecasting process as well as partnering with business stakeholders to enable and drive financially informed decision-making. As a Senior Analyst, you will have the exciting opportunity to grow and develop your skills as a finance business partner through various responsibilities, including financial modeling and analysis, forecasting and budgeting, management reporting and project scoping.Job Responsibilities:Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for the department.Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policiesExecute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by Program Leads.Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvementContribute to a high-performing Admin team.Own reporting of weekly financial performance, analyze trends and variances with providing insights to key stakeholders and senior management.Collaborate with business partners to drive understanding of financial impacts, identify and communicate risks and opportunities.Communicate business results to stakeholders to enable business decision making across the organization.Lead forecast process with maintaining financial models and standard templates supporting planning processes, ensuring quality, accuracy and analytical reviews.Deliver month end reporting on pre-defined metrics for different functional areas.Work on projects and analyzes including system updates to help integrating any structural changes.Simplify modeling and reporting to improve efficiency and performance.Skills:Experience in financial analysis and data collection/structuringIntegrity and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations and reporting requirementsExcellent oral and written communication skills to work with people at all levels across the organization.Detail oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and competing priorities.Advanced-level competencies across problem-solving skills, appetite for business impact and execution.Self-driven, curious and proactive to understand, learn and improve.Up-to-date with current technologies and financial developments.
