Leading end-to-end software development initiatives, the full-time Senior PL/SQL Developer will manage requirements analysis, data modeling, and hands-on PL/SQL engineering for critical national geographic data systems in a hybrid remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead technical analysis, relational data modeling, and functional design across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Design, develop, test, debug, and optimize complex interactive and batch database applications using Oracle PL/SQL and SQL Collaborate with cross-functional project teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate business needs into technical specifications Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 10+ years of software development engineering experience 5+ years of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming experience Demonstrated expertise in relational database design, data modeling, and batch processing Ability to obtain and maintain federal background check/suitability clearance for federal agency contract support
