Supporting Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Certificate Authority (CA) operations, the full-time Senior PKI Administrator will manage certificate services, provide guidance on PKI lifecycle management, and drive automation improvements while working remotely. Key responsibilities Support internal and external customers with certificate-related issues across the agency's applications and services Supervise the PKI team and provide strategic advice on complex certificate issues Create reports and documentation using AI and automation tools to enhance PKI operations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computers, IT, or a security-related field, or equivalent experience 9+ years of relevant PKI/certificate management experience Strong knowledge of REST API integration and Microsoft AD auto-enrollment Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and familiarity with Venafi/CyberArk tools Experience troubleshooting digital certificate issues and a strong understanding of PKI operations
