Senior Pizza Operations Leader, 37-Parlor Portfolio

Abby's Legendary Pizza seeks a Director of Operations to own the four-wall P&L across 37 company-owned parlors in Oregon and Central Washington. You will drive guest experience, food safety, and brand standards while translating strategy into in-store execution.

Reporting to the President, you will lead six district leaders and 37 GMs, shape budgeting and forecasting with Finance, and push same-store growth through local marketing, pricing strategy, and disciplined operations.
