Senior Pitch Designer

As the design lead for enterprise new business pursuits, the full-time remote Senior Pitch Designer will transform strategy documents and media plans into compelling visual narratives, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure high-quality pitch materials. Key responsibilities: Designing comprehensive pitch decks and visual assets for assigned pursuits, ensuring alignment with content approved by the Growth Lead Producing motion and video elements for pitches, including sizzle reels and animated presentations, to enhance storytelling Managing workload against the enterprise pursuit pipeline, effectively communicating deadlines and resource needs Required qualifications: 3+ years of design experience, particularly in presentation or pitch design within a performance marketing or creative agency Expertise in PowerPoint and Google Slides, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful pitch materials Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma, along with video editing skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects Strong data visualization skills and the ability to interpret strategy and analytics inputs effectively Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines, including flexibility during active pitch windows
