Senior Physician Executive, Medical Group Leader

St. Peter’s Health invites a seasoned physician executive to lead the medical group. The President of SPHMG will guide a growing team of 175–180 clinicians, partnering with executive leaders to advance governance and leadership infrastructure. Clinical practice is optional but not required.

The role emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and strategic growth while maintaining community-centered care across Helena and Montana. Strong listening and relationship-building are essential.
