Senior Physician Assistant - Primary Care Clinician

Southeast Medical Group is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join a collaborative clinic team in a primarily outpatient setting. The APP will work with Family Practice and Internal Medicine physicians, RN case managers, and clinic staff to manage chronic and acute conditions and coordinate care.

The APP functions as an extension of the primary care physician, performing essential duties within licensure, and contributing to performance metrics for quality patient care.
