An innovative, technology-forward neurological rehabilitation clinic is expanding to Beverly Hills and seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to serve as both Senior Clinician and Practice Owner.This is a unique opportunity for a neuro-focused PT who wants to help build a new clinic from the ground up while providing specialized care to patients with complex neurological conditions.
The organization has established clinics in Australia and Hong Kong and is bringing its innovative, technology-driven approach to Los Angeles. The Beverly Hills clinic will provide concierge, out-of-network/cash-pay neurological rehabilitation with a strong emphasis on personalized care and advanced rehabilitation technology.
The Role
Initially, you will be the sole clinician and staff member in the Beverly Hills clinic, giving you significant responsibility for the clinical environment, patient experience, day-to-day operations, and growth of the practice.As Practice Owner, you will lead the Beverly Hills location within the established clinical and operational model of Linz Health , with ongoing organizational and international support.
You will split your time between hands-on neurological rehabilitation and clinic/business development . The organization will provide support with the website, SEO, Google Analytics, and digital infrastructure, while you will help establish the clinic locally through networking and relationship-building.
Clinic Growth & Management
- Business development

- Build relationships with physicians, neurologists, hospitals, attorneys, insurance contacts, and other referral sources
- Participate in networking and business-development activities to establish the Beverly Hills practice
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations within Linz Health's established operational model
- Help recruit and onboard additional staff as the clinic grows
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide specialized neurological rehabilitation for patients with stroke, TBI, Parkinson's disease, MS, spinal cord injuries, and other neurological conditions
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor patient progress
- Utilize advanced neurorehabilitation technology and evidence-based treatment approaches
- Help establish and maintain effective clinical workflows
- Work closely with the international leadership and clinical team through regular meetings and ongoing support
- Remain actively involved in patient care while helping lead the development and growth of the practice
Technology-Driven Neurorehabilitation
Technology is a major component of the clinical model. The clinic utilizes innovative neurorehabilitation tools that are not commonly available in traditional PT settings.This includes an interactive, game-based rehabilitation platform that allows patients to perform targeted movements while tracking performance and progress.
The successful candidate will receive training on the technology and clinical approach and will have ongoing access to the organization's experienced international clinical team.
Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapist license
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Neurological rehabilitation experience required
- Experience treating stroke, TBI, Parkinson's, MS, spinal cord injury, or similar neurological conditions
- Strong clinical reasoning and ability to manage complex cases
- Passion for neurorehabilitation and technology-driven care
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable networking with physicians, neurologists, hospitals, and referral sources
- Self-directed, energetic, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Interest in both clinical leadership and business development
- Comfortable working within an established clinical and operational model while helping build a new location
- Desire to take a long-term role in building the practice
Training & Support
- Training in Sydney, Australia
- Ongoing mentorship and guidance from experienced international clinicians
- Regular meetings with the Australia/Hong Kong clinical teams
- Support with clinic operations and business development
- Training on advanced rehabilitation technology and treatment protocols
- Begin onboarding/training before the anticipated January 2027 opening
Compensation & Benefits
- $150,000–$155,000 annual salary
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Flexible scheduling within the full-time structure
