Senior Philanthropy Officer

To expand donor engagement and support, the full-time Senior Philanthropy Officer will cultivate relationships with major donors and foundations, manage a portfolio of approximately 150 donors, and implement strategic fundraising initiatives while working remotely from the San Francisco, California area. Key responsibilities: Develop and evaluate strategies to broaden and deepen major donor support in the region Manage and cultivate relationships with existing and new donors to increase funding levels Coordinate and implement regional events and donor experiences to enhance engagement Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of fundraising or equivalent sales experience Proven track record of securing $1M+ annually from major donors Experience with donor cultivation and moves management Salesforce experience is a plus
