To support a dedicated population of patients with Bleeding Disorders and Alpha1 conditions, the remote Senior Infusion Pharmacy Technician - NV, TX, AZ will manage case coordination, provide patient onboarding, and serve as a liaison among healthcare teams while ensuring high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound case management for patients, including refill coordination and clinical assessments Provide comprehensive onboarding for new patients, ensuring education and continuity of care Coordinate with healthcare professionals to facilitate treatment scheduling and address patient needs Required qualifications Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the relevant state (NV, TX, or AZ) National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) 3+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician 3+ years of customer service experience Intermediate proficiency with Windows PC applications
