Senior Pharmacy Operations Manager

To support the execution of Pharmacy strategy, the remote Senior Pharmacy Operations Manager will manage program execution plans, maintain performance visibility, and coordinate cross-functional workstreams while ensuring clear communication and accountability across initiatives. Key responsibilities: Translate enterprise and Pharmacy priorities into actionable quarterly execution plans with measurable outcomes Coordinate the Pharmacy leadership operating cadence, including performance tracking and standardized reporting routines Manage high-priority initiative execution plans, ensuring timely follow-through and operational readiness Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in strategy execution, business operations, or healthcare-related functions Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and performance tracking in a matrixed environment Proven capability in developing KPI frameworks and recurring reporting routines for leadership decision-making Strong program management skills, including milestone tracking and risk management Solid written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-level materials
