Working remotely, the full-time Senior Pharma Business Analyst will collaborate with Life Sciences clients to gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for data management and analytics initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Engage with Pharma/Life Sciences clients to assess business processes, data requirements, and future needs Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate findings into detailed functional specifications and user stories Support DATAstream implementations across data integration, commercial data warehousing, and analytics while collaborating with technical teams Required Qualifications: 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences Strong understanding of Pharma commercial business processes and data Experience in requirements gathering and documentation Proficiency in data integration, data warehousing, and data management concepts Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
