Qualifications

Required:

• ActiveCaliforniaBarLicenseingoodstanding.
• 8+yearsofplaintiffpersonalinjuryexperience(withheavyemphasisonpre-litigation).
• Proventrackrecordofnegotiatingsubstantial,high-valuesettlements.
• Leadershipormentoringexperiencewithinafast-pacedlegalenvironment.

Preferred:

• Bilingual(English/Spanish)highlypreferred.
• Experiencehandlingcatastrophicinjury,wrongfuldeath,trucking,andpremisesliabilityclaims.
• Formalexperiencesupervisinglegalstafforjuniorattorneys.
