About the Role:
Lagstein Law Firm is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Personal Injury Case Manager to join our dynamic legal team in Los Angeles, CA. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in championing clients through every stage of their personal injury claims — making a real difference when it matters most.
Responsibilities:
Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury files from intake through resolution
Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys to advance case progress
Gather and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and supporting documentation
Monitor client medical treatment and follow up to ensure proper care and documentation
Draft demand letters, correspondence, and case summaries for attorney review
Track case deadlines, statutes of limitations, and litigation milestones
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and compassionate support throughout the process
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in personal injury case management at a plaintiff's law firm
Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation processes, medical terminology, and insurance claims
Experience with legal case management software (e.g., Filevine, Clio, or similar)
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Demonstrated empathy and professionalism when working with injured clients
