Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Performance Test Engineer will gather non-functional requirements, develop and execute performance test scripts, and analyze application performance issues in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Acts as an extended scrum team member to conduct system performance testing, ensuring application reliability and scalability Designs and executes various performance test scripts based on application requirements, including load and stress testing Analyzes performance test results and provides recommendations for improvements, collaborating with the Application Health and Performance team post-deployment Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field Five to seven years of professional experience in performance testing and/or software development Strong understanding of performance testing requirements and experience with performance test tools like NeoLoad Proficiency in Performance Workload Modeling and Capacity Planning Experience with web servers, application servers, and database servers
