Senior Performance Strategist

Owning the end-to-end diagnosis of performance shifts, the full-time Senior Performance Strategist will work remotely to translate data findings into actionable recommendations that optimize liquidation, engagement, and client outcomes across a data-driven recovery platform. Key responsibilities Monitor leading indicators and diagnose performance shifts across clients, portfolios, and channels Trace system mechanics to identify technical defects or strategy gaps affecting performance Develop clear recommendations based on root-cause insights and collaborate with the Strategy Manager to implement them Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in analytics with a focus on funnel/lifecycle diagnosis or channel optimization Advanced SQL skills and the ability to navigate complex data schemas independently Proficiency in reading and tracing logic in Python or configuration files Experience using AI tools and self-serve BI tools like Looker or Tableau in analytical workflows Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
