For our client, we are seeking a Senior Perception Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a mission-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to perception team members
- Research and develop algorithms for autonomous driving
- Prototype and deploy perception algorithms in the vehicle fleet
- Design systems for multimodal sensor fusion using various sensors
- Invent algorithms and models for complex autonomous systems
- Develop simulations to analyze performance discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members on research data analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of hands‑on industry experience in perception engineering
- Proficiency in developing algorithms for autonomous systems
- Experience with multimodal sensor fusion and calibration
- Strong background in Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition
