This role combines functional-technical integration, application support, and PeopleSoft development, with exposure across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and related systems.The ideal candidate brings strong initiative, technical depth, and the ability to work independently in a complex, mission-critical environment.Key Responsibilities:PeopleSoft Production SupportHuman Resources, Benefits & PayrollProvide ongoing support and maintenance for the PeopleSoft production environment, including:Human ResourcesBenefitsPayrollTroubleshoot and resolve application, data, and process issues in coordination with functional and technical stakeholdersResearch, test, and implement data corrections and processing fixes as requiredModule Integration & EnhancementsLead and support the integration of new PeopleSoft modules into the existing production environment, including:Time and LaboreProcurementBudgetFinancialsEnsure seamless integration, data integrity, and system performance across modulesTechnical Development & CustomizationDevelop and maintain PeopleSoft customizations to meet evolving business requirementsDesign, test, and deploy:PeopleCodeApplication Engine programsComponent InterfacesSQRsIntegration and reporting solutionsUpgrades, Patches & MaintenanceSupport PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and fixesCoordinate testing efforts and assist with implementation activitiesProactively identify potential processing issues and system risksDatabase & Technical SupportProvide Oracle DBA support for the PeopleSoft application environmentAssist with performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system stabilityRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related discipline3+ years of full-time experience as a PeopleSoft Integration and Support AnalystHands-on experience supporting production PeopleSoft environmentsStrong initiative, accountability, and ability to work independentlyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environmentPreferred Experience:Work assignments may require proficiency in one or more of the following:PeopleToolsPeopleCodeApplication EngineComponent InterfaceSQRXML / BI PublisherJavaScriptjQueryNice to Have:Experience supporting multi-module PeopleSoft environmentsPrior involvement in enterprise system integrationsExperience working in public sector, higher education, or large enterprise environmentsJob Benefits:Competitive hourly rate range based on experience and education of approximately $90 to $130 per hour
